Welcome to EraTunez! By accessing or using our music streaming platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EraTunez, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Account Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Artists must provide accurate information about themselves.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload copyrighted material you don't own or have permission to use
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass our security measures
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

4. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of any music, images, or other content you upload. By uploading, you grant EraTunez a license to host, stream, and promote your content on our platform.

EraTunez Content

All platform content, including logos, designs, and code, is owned by EraTunez and protected by copyright laws.

5. Artist Monetization

PRO Artist Program

Artists can upgrade to PRO status by paying a subscription fee. PRO artists receive:

• Verified badge and priority placement
• Merchandise shop access
• Featured artist section visibility
• Higher earning potential

Payments and Payouts

Artists earn from song downloads, fan tips, and merchandise sales. Payouts are processed anytime after reaching a minimum threshold of UGX 10,000.

6. Subscription and Payments

PRO artist subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your content may be removed from the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EraTunez is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EraTunez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Kampala, Uganda.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of EraTunez after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
